Sing to Thrive Method enhances positive neuroplasticity and empowers your natural voice. Through the Somatic Vocal Techniques, we can focus on voice exploration and embodiment; improving technique in a fun and simple way. Free vocal expression brings us closer to our best self.

We offer a structured yet flexible 50-minute session of Somatic Tips & Techniques to support your individual singing goals. 

1. INTENTION

Quick check-in and goal setting helps us to shape the session to suit vocal needs and mindset.

2. REGULATE

Guided breath and body awareness practice to calm the nervous system, regulate energy, and bring presence to the voice. Warmup exercises for the voice.

3. EMBODY

Mixture of the 8 Somatic Vocal Tips & Techniques, call-and-response songs, or other warm-ups to prepare the voice and body. Focus is on breath, resonance, vocal freedom.

4. REWIRE & REGENERATE

Sing The Body Electric Sonic Anatomy practices to clear the vocal pathways. Use of uplifting music, repetition, and intentional language to create new neural pathways. This stage supports a shift away from limiting beliefs into positive patterns of expression. 

5. DEVELOP

Increase vocal strength and confidence. We use simple songs and practices to support your growth areas eg.
