Women Sing! 🌿 Collective
Co-creating a nourishing space for women to come home to themselves through shared song
Co-creating a nourishing space for women to come home to themselves through shared song
Women Sing! Collective is a gentle, grounded space for women to return to their true voice through collective song and resonance. We welcome you to come as you are. Sing for the joy of singing. Sing for the sake of healing. Sing for peace. Your voice matters.
We gather in one heart, breath, and voice — a circle of belonging — to nurture harmony, connection, and authentic self‑expression.
Our collective space becomes a well of nourishment — drawn from song, community, and care — inviting women to soften, attune and come home to freedom and wholeness.
Through mindful, intentional singing, we venture on a journey to remember our purpose and find our place within the wider web of life.

The Sanskrit word Vishuddhi means "to purify". In yoga, the centre of consciousness located in the throat/neck region is associated with the element of Space or Ether and is known as Vishuddha. It connects to the mouth, jaw, tongue pharynx; as well as thyroid gland which regulates metabolic processes. It is also associated with sound, language and our listening faculty. The organ of knowledge is the ears and the organ of action is the vocal chords. It is associated with higher discrimination, intellect, creativity, musicality and self-expression.Â
Vishuddha Chakra is known as the purification center, because it filters the "ambrosial nectar" — drops of vital transcendental consciousness flowing down from the higher chakra and stored in our individual consciousness — to separate out pure life-giving essence from any "poisons". This purified nectar called Soma, enriches the body and generates feelings of bliss. Success, failure, aging and longevity are said to be dependent on the integrity of the throat chakra. When the throat chakra is active, it bestows longevity by transforming negative thoughts experiences into wisdom. If inactive, the unfiltered nectar drips down to be burnt by the navel chakra causing gradual decay. Excessive stress and deep feelings of guilt are prominent reasons for it to become blocked. Â
